Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Term	Definition
"Platform"	The ndu21 website accessible at https://ndu21.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any associated services.
"Company"	ndu21 and its affiliated entities operating the Platform under applicable international licensing.
"User" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the Platform.
"Account"	A registered user account on the ndu21 Platform, created through the registration process described in Clause 3.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any amount of money staked by the User on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered by ndu21.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits granted by ndu21 subject to wagering requirements as defined in Clause 5.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required by ndu21 pursuant to Clause 3.
"IDR" / "Rp"	Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for transactions on the ndu21 Platform.
"WIB"	Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all Platform transactions, draw times, and customer service hours.

Clause 2

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ndu21 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ndu21 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable laws that directly govern your individual conduct.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Users under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking legal capacity are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ndu21 Platform. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order placed with ndu21 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• Restricted Persons: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of ndu21 or its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold a User Account or place wagers on the Platform.

Clause 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of ndu21 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ndu21 reserves the right to verify all information provided.
2. Identity Verification (KYC): ndu21 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals or increasing deposit limits. Acceptable documents include: (a) a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk); (b) proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence); and (c) a selfie photograph of the user holding the identity document. KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ndu21 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. You must notify ndu21 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Account Currency: All ndu21 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Transactions in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
5. Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. ndu21 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. The inactivity fee will not reduce the Account balance below zero.

Clause 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

ndu21 supports a wide range of local and international payment methods for Indonesian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ndu21 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal (Unverified Account): Rp 5.000.000 per day.
• Maximum Withdrawal (Verified Account): Rp 50.000.000 per day, subject to VIP tier limits.

4.3 Processing Times

• Deposits: Credited to your ndu21 Account within 1–10 minutes for bank transfers and e-wallet payments under normal conditions.
• Withdrawals: Processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• First-Time Withdrawals: The first withdrawal from a new Account may require additional KYC verification, which may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.

4.4 Deposit Source Requirements

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ndu21 reserves the right to return funds and close any Account where deposit sources cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

Clause 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ndu21 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the terms outlined in this clause and any additional terms published on the specific promotion page.

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds.
2. Bonus Validity Period: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of issuance and all wagering requirements fulfilled within 30 days of bonus activation.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are published on each bonus terms page.
4. Abuse Prevention: ndu21 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk bets on both sides of a market to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial risk.
5. One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.
6. ndu21 Right to Modify: ndu21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated by eligible Users prior to the modification date.

Clause 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the ndu21 Platform, across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only confirmed when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a unique Bet ID is generated. ndu21 is not liable for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues on the user's side.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applicable to that wager. For live in-play markets, odds may change between selection and confirmation; you will be notified if the odds change before confirmation is issued.
• Void Bets: ndu21 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets affected by clear technical errors, misquoted odds, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the original stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout across all markets is Rp 500.000.000 per event unless alternative limits are published for specific markets. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the maximum limit.
• Results and Disputes: Official event results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, FIFA) are the final authority for bet settlement. In the event of a dispute, you must contact ndu21 within 72 hours of settlement via [email protected]. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) requires all selections to win for the parlay to pay out. If any selection is voided, that leg is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

Clause 7

Responsible Gaming

ndu21 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts can be configured to notify you after 1, 2, or 4 hours of continuous play.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Users may suspend their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During self-exclusion, account access and deposits are disabled.
• Permanent Closure: Users who wish to permanently close their ndu21 Account may do so by contacting support. Permanent closure is irreversible.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the ndu21 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and design elements — is the excl usive property of ndu21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ndu21 Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to ndu21 for distribution on the Platform. Any unauthorized reproduction of such content is a violation of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

Clause 9

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ndu21 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect or Consequential Losses: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Gambling Losses: Any financial losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform. Betting involves risk and ndu21 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager.
• Technical Interruptions: Any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, network outages, or interruptions to third-party payment services beyond ndu21's reasonable control.
• Third-Party Actions: Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials or from actions by third parties outside ndu21's control.
• Force Majeure: Any failure or delay in performance attributable to circumstances beyond ndu21's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or telecommunications failures.

In no event shall ndu21's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ndu21 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10

Account Termination

ndu21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion with other Users.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against ndu21 without valid grounds.
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward ndu21 staff or other Users.
• Any activity that, in ndu21's reasonable judgment, poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.

Upon termination for breach, ndu21 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. If no fraudulent activity is confirmed following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 14 business days. Bonus Funds will not be returned under any termination scenario.

Clause 11

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ndu21 holds its international operating license. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

ndu21 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of ndu21 complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence, including those applicable to residents of Indonesia.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory applicable laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

Clause 12

Amendments

ndu21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ndu21 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

We recommend that all Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://ndu21.cam/terms-conditions.
